SQL queries, visualizations, and other content generated by the Service are provided "as is" for your use. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that generated queries or results are error-free. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before using them in production environments.
We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plans, features, or pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. No credit card is required for the trial, but you must provide payment information to continue using the Service after the trial.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.
You retain all rights to your data and content. We do not claim ownership of your data. However, you grant us a license to use your data as described in Section 5.1.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us an unlimited, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the Service without any obligation to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. While we strive for high availability (99.9% uptime guarantee for Enterprise plans), we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate SQL queries and insights. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and verifying all AI-generated outputs before using them. We are not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIGO AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Figo AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention policies. You are responsible for exporting your data before termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Figo AI regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
